In Barcelona, the restaurant Braseria La Parrillada, located in Collblanc in the heart of L’Hospitalet, has opened its doors to offer its friends and clients the authentic taste of Pira.
The restaurant that is very friendly and has welcoming atmosphere is centered, as its name suggests, on the grilling, so its owner and also chef Carlos Lopez decided from the beginning of the project to incorporate a charcoal oven in the kitchen. After comparing the different possibilities in the market it was decided by PIRA.
The model chosen was the Pira 45 LUX Black with PIRACOLD, a small oven that offers the highest professional performances and possibilities and a capacity service for 90 people, which gives him the security that the service is always well attended. Complementing the oven, Carlos tells us that he has decided to acquire a grooved grill for cooking products with high grease content without fear of the flames. We remember that this is only possible with the Pira ovens that have a built-in oil collector inside the cooking chamber.
Among the most characteristic we find the Grilled steak, grilled filet steak, the “Chaufa” of chicken, pork ribs, brochettes and of course the now famous completed grilled meats of the house, in its different sizes.
