Suministros Hosteleros Benissa – HostelBe, has held on December 14th its 25th anniversary with an open house where the public could attend numerous different tastings, panel discussions and demonstrations of the most important hospitality machinery .
The celebration also served to the presentation of the new plants HostelBe facilities, with more than 1,000 m2, based on the “Cash & Carry” model, where the customers can find dishes, glassware, machinery, and all kinds of utensils and accessories for the kitchen and table. It also has a classroom for courses and demonstrations, that during this open house day has served to celebrate several symposiums and conferences.
Pira Charcoal Ovens, as exclusive supplier of charcoal ovens and charcoal barbecues, has participated in the conference attended by our consultant chef Toni Timpani, who has cooked for attendees throughout the day with the charcoal oven world’s largest, the model Pira 120 LUX.
Meats, seafood, desserts … paraded for the public that had the opportunity to see and taste the incredible possibilities of our Charcoal Ovens. Baked chicken and steak, along with shrimp and mussels, to the delight of friends HostelBe, who were amazed the speed and versatility of our charcoal ovens.
With no doubt, the charcoal oven Pira 120 LUX shined in a day full of surprises and novelties.
The event was attended by many professional chefs, among which include the Chef Alberto Ferruz, of the Restaurant Bon Amb in Xavia with a Michelin star as well as local authorities, the press and media in general.
