We show you a video recorded in the kitchen of the Restaurant Carballeira, where our Assessor Chef Toni timpani shared a morning of exchanges of culinary knowledge with the Chef Angel. Turbot, dover sole, nephrops, “zamburiñas”, mussels, cockles, razor shells … all cooked in the Pira Charcoal Oven. Mixing the best of the sea with the exquisite aroma of the authentic grill flavour.
