Pira at H&T Málaga – 3 / 4 / 5 February 2020

Incredible success at 22nd edition of H&T during the last february 3, 4 and 5 2020. This year, the Malaga  innovation exhibition in Hospitality industry, was celebrated in Pavilion 1 of FYCMA (Congresses Palace of Malaga). In this new edition, Pira Charcoal Ovens became expo event partner along side with SAN MIGUEL, SOLAN DE CABRAS and MAKRO.


Pira stand was right in front of the stage and we had the oportunity to see and interact with numerous Michelin Star owners chefs, such as Diego Gallegos by Restaurant Sollo, owner of a PIRA 70 ED charcoal oven, Ángel León by Restaurante Aponiente with three Michelín Stars, Benito Gómez by Restaurante Bardal with two Michelín Stars, Rodrígo de la Calle by Restaurante El Invernadero, Israel Ramos by Restaurante Mantúa and Pedro Sánchez by Restaurante Bagá, each of them with a Michelin Star. But they were not the only ones, we had the oportunity to learn and interact with many renowned chefs, like  Luís Arévalo or Pablo Montoro among others.


This year, the best Charcoal Ovens cook the best meats, all thanks to the collaboration with Grupo Norteños,  one of the most important premium meat distribution companies in Europe, with whom we are very happy to share the stand. The best possible tandem for the catering professional.


Pira Ovens, once again, by the hand of chefs Richard Alcayde and Jordi Bataller presented:

Every day, during the festival, we had a Pira Charcoal Oven cooking for all the visitors so anyone could check its features and functionalities live, as well as taste the elaborations that we prepared with all the #PiraFlavour!

In summary, we had an spectacular show and we will see again next year for sure!
