From PIRA Charcoal Ovens we would like to congratulate Maria Montserrat from the Restaurant Hotel Calasanz in Molins de Rei for her spectacular participation in the TV3 programme Joc de Cartes. In the episode broadcasted on the 17th of November she surprised everyone with some rice dishes with a touch of charcoal that received all kinds of praises. Thanks to her PIRA 120 Lux ED, Maria added a grilled flavour to all her dishes, achieving the highest food score ever awarded in the history of the programme, which has been on air since April 2017: a 9’7 out of 10.
