The Oven is provided with a complete chimney kit consisting of the essential parts:
ADAPTER + EXTERNAL AIRFLOW REGULATOR + EXTERNAL FIREBREAK + HAT.
With these elements we obtain:

• Better circulation and smoke combustion.
• We avoid smoke coming out the door even with high winds.

• Approximate production per hour = 30 kg.
• Piracold cooling system.
• Cast iron interior - conserves heat inside the oven.
• Equipped with glass door that withstands temperatures of up to 750º C.
• The glass door allows you to see the products being cooked. This means that you do not have to open the door to see the food, keeping the oven temperature always constant and reducing coal consumption.
• Fully insulated oven chamber.
• Equipped with thermometer.
• Equipped as standard with internal air flow regulator and internal firebreak - prevents fire from leaving the oven and entering the extraction hood. These devices can also be supplied in an external version.
