Return and Refund
There are several reasons why a user can exercise their right to return a product.
- The first is because it is defective, in which case the warranty policy of Pira Charcoal Ovens and Barbacues S.L. would apply.
- The second is that the specifications of the chosen product do not adapt to its description due to a typographical error, or the erroneous delivery of a product that does not correspond to what was actually purchased.
- The third is because once you have received the product, you have changed your mind. The period for a change of opinion is 14 days from the reception of this and it will be accepted as long as the product has not been used.

If the return is due to you not wanting the product or not liking it, the shipping and return costs, and possible deterioration of the original packaging, etc … will be paid by the consumer.
The time it takes to return the money can be between 2 and 6 business days start counting when the returned package arrives.
The money is returned by the same means that used in the purchase.

- The warranty period is 1 year if the use of the product is for professional use. In this case, the guarantee policy of Pira Charcoal Ovens and Barbacues S.L would apply

- Warranty returns will not be accepted for items that are damaged by usage or are incomplete.
- The shipping costs of a product under warranty will not be borne by Pira Charcoal Ovens and Barbacues S.L.
- If the consumer demands for the replacement of a part under warranty, sending a technician or mechanic, the displacement of this and labor would not be covered by the warranty
- The replacement time of the product can be between 2 and 4 weeks depending on whether a repair or replacement will be made. A product repair could also be performed at the customer’s installations.
- In case of not having a replacement for the product, nor being able to solve the problem, the money paid for the product would be returned.
